LifeAFM has developed a support program that begins prior to installation. We want to assure the best operating environment, a smooth set-up, optimum performance and success with experiments.
On-site assistance with complete set up to operating status and training of personnel is included in the purchase agreement. Our service team is available by phone, email and on-site visits for further consultation on operation, experimental procedures, data acquisition and analysis, and special application needs.
